Dozens of Kentucky Daughters sewed, quilted, crocheted and knitted to make a beautiful wardrobe for Miss Molly. Jean Ellen Hiter, National Chairman, worked tirelessly, driving across the Bluegrass State making presentations to Kentucky DAR chapters and taking "Miss Molly" to fittings. In addition, Jean Ellen make Miss Molly available at the State DAR Conference. Miss Molly even attended the 2007 Continental Congress!

Past State Regent Lynda Closson sacrificed a fur coat for Molly's stunning cape and matching hat.

Two members of the Hazard Chapter DAR, Judy Owens and her aunt, Hellen Pipes, admired all Miss Molly's clothes on display at the 2007 KSDAR State Conference. Mrs. Pipes made a number of outfits, including a frock for the Kentucky Derby and a mourning outfit.
